Bigg Boss 20: Aamrapali Dubey Hints Nirahua “May Have Had Girlfriends” Despite Being Married

Aamrapali Dubey opened up about her personal life and her long-rumoured equation with Bhojpuri star Dinesh Lal Yadav, popularly known as Nirahua, during a candid conversation with Mahhi Vij on Bigg Boss 20. Once again, she carefully sidestepped confirming or denying the persistent speculation surrounding the two actors.

The discussion began when Mahhi asked Aamrapali point-blank whether she had a boyfriend. The actress revealed she had been single for several years. When Mahhi suggested her weight loss might help her find a partner, Aamrapali brushed the idea aside. “Motape se boyfriend nahi hai aisa nahi hai. There are many people who like motapa,” she said.

On dating within the Bhojpuri film industry

Mahhi then wondered whether there were no single men in the Bhojpuri film industry. Aamrapali brought up Pawan Singh, noting he was going through a divorce, and admitted the two did not share a particularly warm equation. The conversation eventually shifted to Nirahua, after Mahhi recalled seeing Aamrapali with the actor and his children in Bandra.

Describing Nirahua’s wife, Aamrapali said, “She is a housewife. Arranged marriage. Wo actor bane usse pehle hi unki shaadi ho gayi thi.” When Mahhi pressed on whether he had ever been in a relationship before marriage, Aamrapali’s reply kept things deliberately light: “Girlfriends toh rahi hi hongi.”

Mahhi later told her housemates that she had approached the topic indirectly on purpose rather than asking Aamrapali about the rumours outright. “Mujhe ek point pe aana tha uske saath. Maine kaha, maine toh tumhare bahut charche sune hain Nirahua ke saath, indirect way mein bola…”

A long-standing on-screen partnership

Rumours about Aamrapali and Nirahua have circulated for years, fueled by their successful professional pairing and close friendship. The two first shared the screen in the 2014 Bhojpuri film Nirahua Hindustani and went on to appear in numerous films together. Their on-screen chemistry made them a beloved pairing among Bhojpuri cinema audiences, while their frequent collaborations and off-screen bond further stoked speculation about the nature of their relationship. Aamrapali, however, has consistently maintained over the years that the two share a close friendship.
